The seller sent the ring out first without the diamond set to check size, and then upon return set the diamond, maintaining good communication throughout the process. My ring arrived back a week later after sending it back (and that's England to Northern Ireland).

The seller was very responsive to my questions and really helped clarify the difference between sizes. While I wish there was a size in between the small and large, I think the product itself is great and would recommend.
