Shipping policy

Items in stock are normally shipped within 5 working days of order. Personalised or custom orders are normally shipped within 3 weeks of order, otherwise we will notify you of a provisional shipping date for custom orders depending upon their complexity, and lead times for components and materials.

Default shipping service is by British Royal Mail, other shipping methods are available at checkout.
